GPS’s manufacturing site in Gosport utilises the latest in CNC technology in its range of sliding head machines.

This enables us to offer:

Highly complex components manufactured

Small, medium and large batch work undertaken

Prototyping of parts

Need parts above 32mm diameter:

• With Fixed Head Turret capacity, we can chuck up to 250mm diameter in billet form.
• One offs can be catered for.

Our CNC machines have a very high specification and include the following features:

• High pressure coolant. This improves machinability on difficult materials, assists deep hole drilling, improving cycle times and helping to reduce costs.
• Parts conveyer
• Swarf conveyor
• Automatic Barfeed

Associated services:

• Full heat treatment service available including surface hardening of the 18/8 range of stainless steel
• Standard Zinc, Nickel, Zinc Nickel Anodising and cosmetic chrome as well as hard chrome Plating.
• Cylindrical and centreless grinding
